Washington Youth Soccer will host the Instructional Phase of the National "D" License course April 11-13, 2014 at Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish. The Instructional Phase is a 14-18 hour
course which focuses on improving a coach’s ability to positively influence individual players and teams.
